A Little history for our Hammond location:

Our business was once the former Metz Furniture Factory dating back to the early 1900's. At Alpha Storage, we pride ourselves in being eco-friendly and one of the first businesses in the Hammond area to get on the Go Green campaign, by converting an existing under-utilized building into a thriving storage business. We are located about one mile south of downtown Hammond, Indiana and one block from the Illinois border, making us a smart choice for both Chicago area and Northwest Indiana residents. The storage facility consists of a multi-story brick structure that uses a freight elevator to move items onto the storage floors, an indoor heated warehouse to store cars, jet-skis, snowmobiles, ATV's, and smaller boats, and an outdoor fenced in storage area too.

Alpha Self Storage - Hammond Business Hours

Business Hours are the hours the main office is open to process move-ins, take payments, process move-outs and take you to your unit using our freight elevator, etc. The current business and office hours for our Hammond Location are:

Monday -Friday: 9:00am - 7:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Sunday: 9:00am - 3:00pm

Closed on Major Holidays

Access Hours: Access to your unit is solely through the freight elevator, thus limiting the Access Hours to the business/office hours. For your security, and the security of your items, the Alpha Self Storage policy stating that the freight elevator be operated only by Alpha Storage Employees will be enforced at all times.
